GARMCO Receives Best Human Resources Development Practice Award
GARMCO, the Bahrain-based international aluminium rolling mill and one of the largest downstream aluminium facilities in the Middle East, received the Best Human Resources Development Practice Award during the 45th IFTDO World Conference (21 to 23 March 2016) organized by Bahrain Society for Training & Development (BSTD) in cooperation with the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO).
The award, in recognition of the company’s approach to Human Resources Development, was delivered during the 45th IFTDO World Conference opening ceremony on March 21st 2016, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Bahrain.
Commenting on this milestone, Mr. Mahmood Al Soufi, Chairman of GARMCO said, “We are delighted to have received this award that recognizes GARMCO’s proactive initiatives that illustrate the successful implementation of the Company’s strategy to continuously invest in human capital development.”
