يسر الشركة ان تعلن بأنها قد توصلت إلى اتفاق تسوية مع النقابة الوطنية لعمال جارمكو، وتأتي هذه الخطوة كجزء من اتفاقية التسوية النهائية التي تمت بين النقابة الوطنية لعمال جارمكو وإدارة الشركة بواسطة وزارة العمل لإنهاء النزاع العمالي. حيث تم تحقيق هذه التسوية بفضل الحوار البناء والتعاون الوثيق بين الأطراف المعنية، وتعد هذه الاتفاقية خطوة هامة نحو تعزيز العلاقات العمالية وتحقيق مصالح الموظفين والشركة على حد سواء وتعزيز بيئة عمل مستدامة وتسهم في استقرار الشركة وزيادة إنتاجيتها. وبناءً على الاتفاقية المتبادلة بين الأطراف قد تم صرف المستحقات للدفعة الأولى ويهدف الطرفان لإغلاق الملف قبل نهاية العام الحالي . وتنتهز الشركة هذي الفرصة لتقديم جزيل الشكر الى كل من وزارة العمل والاتحاد الحر وأعضاء مجلس إدارة النقابة الوطنية على جهودهم المستمرة مع الشركة.
The company is pleased to announce that it has reached to a settlement agreement with the National Trade Union of GARMCO workers. This action comes as part of the final settlement agreement between the National Trade Union of GARMCO Workers and the company’s management, facilitated by the Ministry of Labor, to resolve the labour dispute. The settlement has been achieved through constructive dialogue and close collaboration between the parties involved. The agreement represents an important step towards enhancing labour relations and achieving the interests of both employees and the company, while promoting a sustainable work environment that leads to the stability and increased productivity of the company. The payment for the first batch has been made in accordance to the agreement, and both parties aim to close the file before the end of the current year. On this occasion, the company takes the opportunity to extend its gratitude to the Ministry of Labor, the Free Union, and the members of the National Trade Union’s Board of Directors for their immense ongoing efforts with the company.
