GARMCO’s Training and Development Department organized an interactive session titled “Lead by Example,” conducted by Dr. Jawad Hayat. The session included table discussions amongst Managers and Superintendents to address the company’s existing safety procedures and practices; ultimately to gain valuable insights and to sustain a safer work environment at GARMCO.
قام قسم التدريب والتطوير في جارمكو بتنظيم ورشة عمل بعنوان “القيادة بالمثل”، قام بتقديمها الدكتور جواد حياة. وشملت الورشة نقاشات تفاعلية بين المدراء والمسؤولين حول إجراءات السلامة والممارسات المتبعة في الشركة؛ بهدف الحصول على أراء قيمة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل أكثر أمانًا في جارمكو.
