Ahmed Al Duriaan brings a wealth of experience as a board member of GARMCO. Currently, he is the General Manager of ventures management at Joint Ventures Affairs Unit in SABIC, a Saudi-based diversified manufacturing company, active in chemicals and intermediates, industrial polymers, Agri-Nutrients and metals. He joined SABIC in 1987 and climbed the corporate ladder to be appointed General Manager of Ventures management in 2015.

Ahmed is a board member of Hadeed and the chairman of Hadeed board audit committee.

He was a Director of the merger and acquisition Execution Department for SABIC.  He was also a board member of SABIC Polymer in Turkey from 2007 to 2011.

Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
