خلال الاجتماع الأول لعام 2024، قام أعضاء مجلس إدارة شركة الخليج لدرفلة الألمنيوم – جارمكو بتقييم حجم المبيعات وأداء الشركة في عام 2023، ورغم التحديات والصعوبات في المبيعات التي شهدها السوق خلال العام 2023، قرر مجلس الإدارة بالإجماع الموافقة على صرف مكافأة سنوية لجميع العاملين في الشركة، وذلك تقديرا لتفانيهم ومساهماتهم الفعالة في استمرارية ونمو الشركة. ويعكس هذا القرار رؤية الشركة في تقدير جهود وإسهامات فريق العمل ودليل واضح على التزام جارمكو القوي تجاه تقدير ومكافأة العمل الجاد لموظفيها.
During the first meeting in 2024, the board members of Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill Company – GARMCO evaluated the sales volume and performance of the company in 2023. Despite the challenges and difficulties in sales that the market faced throughout 2023, the board unanimously decided to distribute an annual bonus to all the employees in the company, as a recognition of their dedication and effective contributions to the company’s continuity and growth. This decision reflects the company’s vision in appreciating the efforts and contributions of its team and is a clear indication of GARMCO’s strong commitment towards recognizing and rewarding the hard work of its employees.
